Could you please explain what “Touring Week” is? I know it is the week between J term and Spring Semester, but is there anything going on that students would want to be on campus for? Are there many students on campus at that time? Or is it just a time of moving back in?
Gustavus calls the week between J-term and Spring semester “Touring Week” because it is a week where the Gustavus Choir tours around part of the United States. Most students are not required to be on campus for Touring Week; however, some sports and music ensembles do require it. There are not a ton of people or events happening on campus. Some students do find it to be a nice transition into Spring semester. I hope this helps!
That helps greatly! Thank you so much!
