Staying Healthy

The campus provides many resources to help students with their physical and emotional health. Flu shots are now available at the Health Service for students with high-risk medical conditions. Nov. 4 is the annual “Chill Out” on campus-a day filled with wellness activities, including yoga, massage, meditation, and information from many local health care/wellness providers. For more information on the on campus Health Service, the Counseling Center, or information on recognizing emotional stress and mental illness go to Health.
