Forty years after Roe v. Wade, Americans continue to debate the complexities of the decision and its legacy. Rather than simply argue the pros and cons, this year’s MAYDAY! Conference, through a series of 21 speaker-led teaching units, will explore the religious, ethical, legal, medical, historical, and social issues related to that monumental decision.
This full-day conference, which is open to the public at no charge, is an annual event designed to educate the campus, community, and beyond about issues related to peace, human rights, and social justice. MAYDAY! will be held on Thursday, May 2.
