Online vehicle and bike registration is available through August 21. Students will need their email user name and password, along with the vehicle license plate and information in order to complete the online form. Students who register online will find their parking permit in their campus mailbox when they arrive on campus. $260 will be charged to their student account in September.

Registration after August 29 must be done in person at the Campus Safety office by completing a written form, with payment by personal check or charge to the student’s account. Avoid lines and paperwork by registering online!

Vehicles parked on campus without a valid parking permit, or parked in the wrong designated lot can receive parking tickets starting on the first day of classes. Students are responsible for knowing Gustavus’ campus parking and traffic regulations.

Bicycles parked on campus need to be registered with the Department of Campus Safety. There is no charge for registration, but non-registered and unsecured bicycles can be picked up and owners can be charged fees. Visit the Campus Safety office or complete the online vehicle and bike registration and review the campus bicycle regulations.

Contact the Campus Safety office 24 hours a day at 507-933-8888 with any parking related questions.
