Graduation for seniors may seem far away, but now is the time seniors should be finalizing their resumes or thinking of graduate school. The majority of on-campus, career placement recruiting visits occur in September, October and November. There are some Spring Semester recruiting events such as Job Fair, “ELCA Camp Day” and some on-campus interviews. Seniors are encouraged to engage in on-campus recruiting in the fall as most employers will not be back on campus in the spring semester.
