The 2010 Nobel Conference is titled “Making Food Good” and is scheduled for Tuesday, Oct. 5, and Wednesday, Oct. 6. Seven distinguished presenters will offer thought-provoking looks into what makes food good—from the scientific and ethical aspects to esthetic, ecological, and economic considerations.
