545 seniors became Gustavus Adolphus College graduates on Sunday, May 27 at 2 p.m. Graduates received their diplomas from the faculty chair in their respective major, a tradition that began in 1973. Also at the ceremony, Alisa Rosenthal, associate professor of political science, was awarded the Edgar M. Carlson Award for Distinguished Teaching.
