All students are REQUIRED to carry health care insurance. New this year, Gustavus offers a comprehensive student health insurance plan. All full-time students are automatically enrolled into the plan. In order to decline this coverage, students must complete an on-line waiver verifying other health insurance coverage. The waiver will be available from July 10th through August 29th online at www.eiiastudent.org/gustavus. An orange postcard reminder will go out in the mail with this information in early July. All students with their own health insurance will need to complete the on-line waiver by August 29th, 2014 or they will be charged an annual premium of $1699 for health insurance.
