Parents of first year students: come as you are after a physically and emotionally draining move-in day (August 29) to enjoy a relaxed meal and entertaining program with other family members who are going through the same things! This Parent Dinner & Orientation is scheduled from 5 – 7 p.m. in the Heritage Banquet Room on the upper level of the Campus Center. Enjoy a transition-themed dinner theater production by the Gustie Greeters, meet some key staff who will assist in your family’s transition to college, and learn strategies for dealing with your changing relationship with your student. Tickets are $15 per person and may be purchased at gustavustickets.com. Please note that this program is for family members only! Your Gustie will be eating dinner with his or her new friends.
