The halls are closed during break according to the following schedule:
Halls close for semester break at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, December 21.
Halls re-open at 12 noon on Monday, January 2.
Each student is required to depart for the break within 24 hours of the completion of their last final or by 9 a.m. on 12/21.
Students who are not able to leave campus for the break due to distance may be housed in the on-campus hostel by making advanced arrangements with the Residential Life Office. Students needing to stay must meet certain criteria and must apply for permission. Break housing is in the Southwest Hall hostel space.
PLEASE REMIND YOUR STUDENT: Once the halls have closed, there is no access to locked buildings until they re-open on January 2nd. Be sure they take all needed items with them.
