Gustavus Health Service is hosting flu shot clinics on campus on Thursday, October 5 and Wednesday, October 11, in the Heritage Banquet Room from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. These clinics are available for current students and employees.
Payment Methods:
Billing Insurance
- Bring your insurance card or a copy of the front and back to allow for faster check-in.
- Know who the policyholder is – name, address, and date of birth.
- Many insurance plans cover flu shots 100%. Please check your policy benefits.
Same Day Cash
- Take advantage of Same-day cash price of $30 if your insurance does not cover the flu shot.
- We accept cash, checks payable to Gustavus, or bill your Gustavus student account.
- Same-day cash price WILL NOT be honored after the date the flu shot is given
