Residence halls are closed during break according to the following schedule:
Halls close for semester break at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, December 20.
Halls re-open at 12 noon on Sunday, January 7.
Each student is required to depart for the break within 24 hours of the completion of their last final or by 9 a.m. on 12/20.
Students who are not able to leave campus for the break due to distance may obtain housing by making advanced arrangements with the Residential Life Office. Students needing to stay must meet certain criteria and must apply for permission.
PLEASE REMIND YOUR STUDENT: Once the halls have closed, there is no access to locked buildings until they re-open on January 7th. Be sure they take all needed items with them.
