For SPEEDY check-in bring a copy of your insurance card (front and back)
Methods of Payment:

- Personal Check (payable to Gustavus Adolphus College)
- Bill to medical insurance (student must bring a copy of the front and back of the insurance card and provide the policy holder name, address, and date of birth)
Insurance Information:
The Gustavus Adolphus College Health Service can bill the cost of the immunization to your student’s medical insurance, if preferred. In this case, we request that the student bring a copy of the front and back side of his or her insurance card as well as policy holder information to the immunization clinic to assist this process. Any charges not paid by insurance will be billed to the student’s Gustavus account.
** The student medical insurance offered by Gustavus does not cover the flu vaccine.
