Two Gusties Running for Governor of Minnesota!
In the past, three Gusties have served as Governor of Minnesota (Adolph Olson Eberhart 1895, Luther Youngdahl ’19, and Harold LeVander ’32). Two Gusties are in the race now: Speaker of the House Margaret Anderson Kelliher ’90 and Senator David Hann ’73. Interested in learning more about the governor’s race? A nonpartisan forum for officially declared Minnesota gubernatorial candidates will be held on Monday, Nov. 9 in Alumni Hall from 7 to 8:30 p.m. The candidates will speak about their vision for the state and take questions from students and the community. A meet-and-greet reception will follow.
