Graduation may seem far away for seniors, but now is the time they should focus their career objectives, prepare their resumes, and begin the application process for graduate school. The majority of on-campus employer visits occur in September, October, and November. However, some big Spring Semester recruiting events include Minnesota Private Colleges Job and Internship Fair, Idealist Non-Profit Job Fair, Gustavus’s Internship Fair, Health Professions Fair, and some on-campus interviews. Seniors are encouraged to engage in on-campus recruiting in the fall, as most employers will not be back on campus during spring semester. The Career Center provides information, opportunity, and support to seniors through this important process, and we encourage your son or daughter to visit us early in their senior year.
