Flu Shot Clinic for Students
When: Tuesday, Oct 12th, 2010 from 9:30am-4:00pm
Where: Alumni Hall, Johnson Student Union
Cost: $25 Cash/Check or Bill to Insurance
If your student would like the vaccine billed to insurance, they will need to bring their insurance card to the Flu Shot Clinic.
