Internships and Career Explorations are fantastic opportunities to learn new skills and apply academic knowledge in a “real-world” work environment. An added bonus is the academic credit you can receive for your work. These experiences are so valuable that over half of Gusties will do at least one during their time on the hill! Finally, students who have completed internships make stronger candidates when they begin seeking a job after graduation. Some students take internships for credit, some are paid, some are full-time, and some are part-time in addition to other classes. The annual Internship Fair will be held on campus on March 9 in the Heritage Banquet Room from 11:30-2:30.
