There will flu shot clinics held on campus on Wednesday, September 26 and Tuesday, October 9, in the Heritage Banquet Room from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. These clinics are available for current students and employees over the age of 18.
Payment Methods:
Billing Insurance: Bring your insurance card. For faster check-in, bring a copy of the front and back of your insurance card. We will need to know who the policyholder is – name, address, date of birth. Gustavus International student insurance does not cover the flu shots – take advantage of our same day cash price. Flu shots will be billed at $49 to insurance. Should your insurance plan not cover this service you will be billed the balance in full. Check your insurance policy for coverage. We are unable to bill Medicare – all other insurances accepted.
Same Day Cash: If your insurance does not cover the flu shot, take advantage of our same day only cash price of $25. We accept cash or check payable to Gustavus, or you can bill your Gustavus account. No debit or credit cards accepted. The same day cash price will not be honored after the date the flu shot is given.
