A small number of families have not yet responded. One last reminder:
- Students will AUTOMATICALLY be enrolled in student health insurance for the 2014-2015 school year.
- Every student will see a charge of $1699 on their student account. If you do not want this student health insurance, you must waive it online by providing proof of current health insurance at www.eiiastudent.org/gustavus by August 29th.
- Once the waiver is complete, every student will see a $1699 credit to their student account within 5 business days.
- This NEW plan has a $250 deductible and a $2500 out of pocket maximum. Visit www.gustavus.edu/studenthealthinsurance for more plan details.
- The deductible will be waived for appointments occurring at the Gustavus Health Service.
- For students who want the NEW plan, no further action is needed, coverage already began on August 10th.
